Due to a stay abroad, I am looking for a subtenant for the month of May 2025.

The flat has 55 m2 and is divided as follows:

- Living room with sofa, dining table and TV with access to the balcony
- Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker/oven, washing machine)
- Bathroom with bathtub/shower
- Internet/Wi-Fi

The flat is located in Friedrichshain's Nordkiez neighbourhood and is in a quiet location. Simon-Dach-Straße or Boxhagener Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest stops are: U-Bahn station U5 Frankfurter Tor, S-Bahn Storkower Straße, Tram M10 and M21 . Supermarkets and drugstores are also not far away.

Required documents: identity card, liability insurance.

The total monthly rent is 1000 € incl. all additional cost.

Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kommode und Kleiderschrank
Voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen, Waschmaschine)
Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche
Internet/Wi-Fi

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Friedrichshainer Nordkiez und ist ruhig gelegen. Simon-Dach-Straße oder der Boxhagener Platz sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die nächstgelegenen Haltestellen sind: U-Bahnstation U5 Frankfurter Tor, S-Bahn Storkower Straße, Tramstationen M10 und M21 Bersarinplatz. Supermärkte sowie eine Drogerie sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Benötigte Unterlagen: Personalausweis, Haftpflichtversicherung. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 1000 € inkl. aller Nebenkosten
