Mietzahlung ist am Anfang des Monats fällig. Gas/Strom/Tel.(Festnetz in DEU) + Internet inkl.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss.
Untermietvertrag befristet a 1 Jahr evtl.Verlängerung.
Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet und Partys sind nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung gestattet.

Hello,

My apartment is simple and nice, ideal for students or professionals.
I offer you a 2(the second one will share it)
of 3-room apartment in an 82qm old building apartment(alt Bau) in Prenzlauer Berg.
The 3rd room for my PRIVATE DAILY USE or one of my Children(now I´m travelling, when i come back,
I´ ll live there too but will go again).
The rent is a flat rate of 1200 EUR per month. Rent payment is due at the beginning of the month.
Deposit is two flat monthly rents 2400 EUR.
You must bring your own furniture for the sleeping and living room. There is not a single piece of furniture in the living room, which is completely empty.

The kitchen is also simple, is furnished, has a table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. and everything you need to cook.
Telephone, internet, gas, electricity are included in the price.

If you make long distance calls with the tel. line, you must cover the costs.
There are annual gas and electricity costs, which must be covered if there is excessive consumption of both. I receive this annual statement at the beginning of the following year, and of course I would show it. If you lived alone(cause I´m travelling), you would have to cover these costs.
GEZ are not included.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and parties will only be allowed with prior notice.

Requirements: indefinite employment contract, no Jobcenter or Arbeitsagentur.
First contract 1 year. Option to extend.
You must ti have a Liability insurance or home contents insurance.
