Renting out my 2-room flat from 13.12.24 to 16.01.25

I’m renting my beautiful 65m2 2-room flat from 13.12.24 - 16.01.25 (dates are slightly flexible). It is located between Friedrichshain-Lichtenberg. The rent is 1100€ all included and a deposit of 300€.

ROOM/APARTMENT
-65 m² Altbau apartment consisting of 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 hallway.
-Fully furnished 28m² room: 180x200cm bed, huge wooden desk with gamer chair, wall wardrobe, small living room with table and a comfy sofa, big mirror, whiteboard, speakers, big windows, fairy lights, and plants (I will need you to take care of them 🙏🏽💚).
-Furnished 15 m2 room: a high bunk bed + another 140×2 mattress, a desk and office chair, 2 small closets, a small chilling area with sofa and coffee table, and a shelf.
-Well-equipped kitchen: stove, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, shelves, dining table/chairs, and anything needed to cook. You will find the washing machine here too.
-Bathroom: bathtub, some cabinets, and a shelf where you can put your stuff.
-Hallway: hangers on the wall to put jackets, shoe racks, and vacuum/mopping robot.
-The building has a backyard area where you can sit/chill and a bike locking area.

LOCATION
-The apartment is 5 min by bike/10 min walk from Frankfurter Alle S-Bahn/U-Bahn station and Storkower Straße S-Bahn station.
-Tram lines: M21, M13, M10.
-We have 2 REWE and 2 Lidl around the corner, and around 7 min away there are also 1 Netto and 1 Aldi.
-Boxahagener Platz is 7 min by bike, where you will find lots of bars, restaurants, kinos… FUN.
