Renting my lovely Boxhagenerplatz apartment

There is a bathtub, washing machine and dishwasher. Wooden floors, newly fournished by myself over the last year: the space is now organized to its full potential. There is also a new standing desk which I use daily to work, and all kitchen appliances (new toaster and water boiler, blender, pans and pots).

The flat is warm in the winter and fresh in the summer, neighbours are all pretty nice (we don't interact much, but I borrowed oil and tools a couple times!). The couch is also new, tidy and extremely comfortable.

My home is small but if it serves excellently one person or a couple. I have several cute plants :) I would leave intructions for them, they are pretty low maintanance but need weekly watering. I don't allow pets of any type in the flat, due to the new forniture and the fact that they aren't admitted in the building.

The flat should be a little oasis of tranquillity: it' s my main hause and freshly fournished with my savings, therefore I would kindly ask you not to smoke or party inside: the rest of the city is great for those activities though :)

The location is unbeatable, right at Boxhagener Platz - yet in an internal courtyard that shields from the nightlife noise. Pleanty of amazing cafes and one of the cutest vintage flea markets directly next to you every weekend.

You’ll be 15 mins walking to Berghain and most clubs, surrounded by bars, cozy cafes and amazing restaurants (I'm always happy to provide recomendations to my guests).
