Looking for a flatmate in a beautiful maisonette, excellent location

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful maisonette starting on April 1st. It is a two-floor (rooftop) 120m2 flat with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a big and beautiful balcony. The flat is in a central location, between S-Bahn stations Tiergarten and Bellevue, and U-Bahn and Tram Turmstraße. The neighbourhood is calm, and all essential services are within a few minutes’ walk.

The room is furnished (sofa bed, big closet, desk, chair, bookshelf), gets plenty of natural light, and costs around 750 euros per month, including rent and all utilities. We will be three people in the flat (the friends Patricia, Germán, and maybe you!). Please note that the room is not big, and although the apartment is, it is fully furnished. So if you have a lot of furniture and other bulky stuff, maybe this is not the best option for you. Some swapping of the furniture in the room is possible, like if you want to have a full bed.

Our flat has a clean, organized, relaxed and sociable atmosphere, and we value open communication and respect for each other's space. Patricia is a project manager for an international organization. Germán works in environmental policies for a research institute. We enjoy cooking, exploring Berlin, and occasional movie nights and dinner with friends at the flat. We also enjoy barbecues on the balcony during summer.

We are preferably looking for a flatmate who does not work entirely from home and speaks German and English. But we are flexible as well. Anmeldung is possible.
