Hi everyone, I'm travelling a lot this year and subletting my apartment for a month. A bit about the place:

- Large living area + 3 Halbzimmer: Bedroom, office, and closet / exercise area
- Balcony overlooking Reuterkiez
- Couch in the office can be used as a guest bed
- Two-person bathtub
- Bezzera espresso machine
- Induction stove
- Combination washer/dryer
- Projector set up for movies and PS4 in the office
- 5 min walk to Landwehrkanal; 7 minute walk to U8 Schönleinstr / 8 minute walk to busses on Pannierstr/Pflügerstr
- Private landlord (lives next door) who's fine for me to do Anmeldung
- All utilities included in the price

FYI a cat normally lives here (she's traveling with me) so may not be suitable for those with allergies

I work from home so am flexible on viewings. Also happy to do them by video call if you're not in Berlin.
