Temporary 3 Room Flat in the Heart of Mitte

I'm renting out my spacious cozy and fully furnished apartment for a few weeks from 21. Jan - 20. Feb. Flex, if you can only come by later / want to leave earlier, but preferably throughout the whole period.

Perfect to work from and explore Berlin. My apartment is cozy, comfy, spacious and equipped with a TON of things, incl. Hue lights and Alexa speakers all across the apartment that you can connect to. The apartment is well-isolated, you do not notice much of the vibrant streets in front.

45 € / night incl. everything you need! A professional cleaning person will come by just before, I can also give you their contact if needed.

- Bedroom : Super comfortable big bed, space to put your things, big windows. Bedroom is to the back area, where you do not hear anything from the front streets.
- Living room: with a lovely eating corner that fits a bunch of people, also great to work from, comfy sofa with a UHD TV and beautiful huge art. Includes a guitar if you want to play, and good speakers if you want to listen to music,
- Guest bedroom / Office : with an adjustable standing / sitting desk, extendable sleeping couch, additional screen and office treadmill
- A kitchen that has it all: from air fryer, microwave, noodle machine to electric barbecue, juicer, espresso maker, waffle maker, toaster, electric orange press and much much more - with a Mediterranean vibe to it!
- Bathroom including a cozy bathtub
- Balcony attached to the living room with a sitting area and a lovely green outside area you can enter from the basement as part of the below cafe to enjoy the first days of spring!
