Hallo,
wir sind auf Reisen und vermieten unsere schöne, helle Wohnung mit großem Balkon unter. Neben einer geräumigen und erst neu entstandenen Wohn-Einbauküche gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad+ Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Mauerwegs an der Grenze Neukölln/Treptow und bietet eine grüne und ruhige Umgebung mit Joggingmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür mit kurzer Distanz in die lebhaften Kieze von Neukölln oder Baumschulenweg. Auch die Spree und der Treptower Park, Plänterwald sind nicht weit. Zwei S-Bahnhöfe (Baumschulenweg oder Köllnische Heide sind sind fußläufig in 10-15 min zu erreichen, zusätzlich gibts Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man entlang des grünen Mauerwegs schnell nach Norden oder Süden.

we are traveling and su let (preferably from 09.09.2024-14.10.2024) our beautiful, bright apartment with large balcony. In addition to a spacious and newly kitchen, there are two bedrooms with bathroom + guest toilet.
The apartment is located near the Mauerweg on the Neukölln/Treptow border and offers a green and quiet environment with jogging opportunities on the doorstep with a short distance to the lively neighborhoods of Neukölln or Baumschulenweg. The Spree and Treptower Park, Plänterwald are also not far away. Two S-Bahn stations (Baumschulenweg or Köllnische Heide) can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, and there are also bus routes close by. And you can quickly cycle north or south along the Wall Trail.
