Ein Zimmer in zwei Zimmer Wohnung

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine Wohnung für knapp zwei Wochen vom 05.10.-17.10.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was du brauchst (Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw.), du musst also nur ein paar persönliche Sachen mitbringen. Ausserdem gibt es einen Balkon.
Die Kaution beträgt 250 €, die du zurückbekommst, wenn du alles so hinterlässt, wie du es vorgefunden hast.
Eine saubere Umgebung ist mir sehr wichtig, daher solltest du Verständnis dafür haben, nach dir selbst aufzuräumen. Du würdest du in dieser Zeit die Wohnung mit meiner netten Mitbewohenrin teilen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nah an Supermärkten, der Warschauer Straße und hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Boutiquen in der Nähe.

I am renting out a room from the 05.10.-17.10. The dates are slightly flexible. The flat has two rooms and your roon has a balcony. my friendly roomate with share the flat with you during this time.
The flat has everything you need (towels, bed linen etc.) so you just need to take some personal items with you.
The deposit is 250€ which will be given back, if you left everything as you found it.
A clean environment is really important to me so you should have an understanding for picking up after yourself.

The flat is really close to supermarkets, Warschauer Straße and has many options for grocery shopping and boutique stores and you’d be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me.
