Charming autumn sublet in a classic Kreuzberg Altbau apartment

Ich vermiete meine große Altbauwohnung mit Balkon in zentraler Kreuzberger Lage befristet unter, da ich beruflich unterwegs sein werde.
Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (div. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettzeug etc.) und verfügt neben deinem großen Schlafzimmer mit Garderobe, Sitzecke und Schreibtisch auch über ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch sowie eine große Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Dafür suche ich 1-2 umsichtigen und sauberen Zwischenmieter*innen, die sich in meinem Zuhause wohlfühlen würden und gut darauf aufpassen :)

Aus Sicherheitsgründen schicke ich mehr Fotos nur per Mail, bzw. biete gern eine Führung per Videocall an!
Du bekommst außerdem einen Untermietvertrag und eine Ausweiskopie, das selbe benötige ich von dir.

I am subletting my spacious apartment with a balcony in a central Kreuzberg location for a limited time, as I will be traveling for work.

The apartment is well-equipped (various kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, etc.) and, in addition to a large bedroom with a wardrobe, sitting area, and desk, it also has a living room with a sofa and dining table, a large eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, tidy, and lovingly furnished.

For this, I am looking for 1-2 considerate and tidy subtenants who would feel comfortable in my home and take good care of it :)

For security reasons, I will only send more photos via email or am happy to offer a tour via video call!
You will also receive a sublease agreement and a copy of my ID, and I will need the same from you.
