Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Oktober bis 31. Dezember verfügbar, mit der Möglichkeit zur Übernahme. Anmeldung ist ebenfalls möglich. Sie verfügt über zwei geräumige Zimmer, eine Küche und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, jedoch keine Spülmaschine. Die Miete beträgt €980,- pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (einschließlich WLAN).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des alten Flughafens Tegel und bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Seen und Grünflächen, die sich ideal zum Spazieren und Entspannen eignen. Die U-Bahn-Linie U6 (Kurt-Schumacher-Platz) ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt.

Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher*innenwohnung, und Haustiere sind eher nicht erwünscht. Die Wohnung wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert untervermietet, aber nach Absprache können einige Möbel in der Wohnung verbleiben. Es besteht also Flexibilität bei der Einrichtung. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Paare, WGs oder Einzelpersonen, die eine komfortable Übergangslösung suchen. Bei einer Übernahme der Wohnung verlangen wir eine Ablöse von 1200€, da wir beim Einzug alles renoviert und die Küche vollständig erneuert haben.

The apartment is available from October 1 to December 31, with the option to take over. Registration is also possible. It features two spacious rooms, a kitchen, and a cozy balcony. A washing machine is available, but there is no dishwasher. The rent is €980 per month, including all utilities (including Wi-Fi).

The apartment is located near the old Tegel Airport and offers many recreational opportunities, such as lakes and green spaces, perfect for walking and relaxing. The U-Bahn line U6 (Kurt-Schumacher-Platz) is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing good access to the city center.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is primarily rented out unfurnished, but some furniture can remain after discussion. There is flexibility regarding the furnishing. The apartment is ideal for couples, flatmates, or individuals looking for a comfortable transitional solution. If you take over the apartment, we require a buyout of 1200€ for the kitchen, as we fully renovated it and repainted everything upon moving in.
