One Bedroom: Perfect for students staying between 3 and 12 months in Berlin.
Have you always wanted to live in a castle? Not in the countryside, but in one of Berlin's liveliest neighborhoods? Surrounded by parks, 5 minutes' walk from Bergmannstrasse with its cafés, many shopping facilities, market hall and public transport? Here is your chance. The listed villa is located on the southern slope of Victoria Park and was renovated in 1999 as part of the Victoria Quarter project. The price includes cleaning every 2nd week. Please note: The interior pictures are old - we are currently refurnishing the apartment.
The best of Kreuzberg, a vibrant inner city suburb, just a few minutes by subway from the geographical center of the city. And adjacent to Viktoriapark with waterfall and monument and more. Although close to parks and supermarkets and cafes, the street is quiet and the old trees are full of birds.
The large apartment is located on the ground floor and has 3 spacious bedrooms with a view of Victoria Park, the highest natural point in Berlin. Two further rooms are suitable as an office, playroom or other bedrooms. The living room and dining room with kitchen are located on the south-facing terrace with direct access to the private park. The living room, dining room and kitchen are a huge space - about 100m2 with vaulted ceilings. And two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The apartment has its own large terrace and direct access to the 2500m2 private park shared with a few dozen other tenants in the development.
The furnished apartment is only available up to 12 months with a minimum of about 3 months. It is important that the new tenants agree to keep the noise down, and we respectfully ask that NO smokers apply or are amongst those who would stay in the apartment. Even if one were only to smoke on the terrace, it would drift into the windows of the upstairs apartments and would be extremely unwelcome. Please note: The interior pictures in this ad are old. We are currently refurnishing and pictures will be posted asap
