Geräumige Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg

Liebe alle,

ich bin Hauptmieter einer Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg und möchte das große Zimmer (circa 22 m²) sowie den Gemeinschaftsbereich vermieten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen, exklusiven Balkon und ist bereits möbliert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist hervorragend an den ÖPNV angebunden und bietet einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich (offene Küche sowie Wohnbereich) und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, inklusive der Küche.

Das kleinere Zimmer würde ich zunächst für mich behalten, da ich etwa ein Drittel der Zeit in Berlin bin und diese Zeit hauptsächlich im Büro verbringe.

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, arbeite in Berlin, wohne aber noch in Freiburg im Breisgau. Wenn du eine geräumige Wohnung suchst, aus dem Party-Alter raus bist und damit zurechtkommst, dass ich nur gelegentlich anwesend bin, melde dich gerne bei mir :)

I am the main tenant of an old building apartment in Prenzlauer Berg and would like to rent out the large room (approximately 22 m²) and the communal area. The room has its own exclusive balcony and is already furnished.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, is well-connected to public transport, and offers a large communal area (open kitchen and living room) as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen.

I would initially keep the smaller room for myself, as I spend about a third of my time in Berlin, most of which I will spend in the office.
