sunny, furnished 2.5-room apartment on the top floor (6 months)

I am subletting my 2.5-room apartment in Neukölln, available now for the next 6 months (end date can be flexible). The apartment is 60.15m² and on the top (6th) floor with amazing natural light, even in winter. There's a huge south-facing balcony connected to the living room, a spacious kitchen with dining table, and a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and bedroom side of the flat overlooks a park filled with trees. There is an elevator in the building.

The apartment is really well connected, just 5 mins walk to S/U Hermannstraße (U8, Ringbahn, direct train to BER) and 10 minutes walk to Tempelhofer Feld. The price is €1310 per month, including everything (warm rent + electricity + WiFi) and is non-negotiable (I'm just covering costs, not charging any extra). Anmeldung is not possible immediately, but I'll work on it with the landlord once I know who will be moving in.

The apartment is perfect for singles or couples. I'm looking for a friendly and respectful person(s) to enjoy and take good care of the place while I'm away. I have good relationships with the neighbours and would like to keep it that way.
