Hi! I'm renting my apartment from November 28th to December 30th 2024.

The appartment is 49m2, ideal for one person or a couple. Located in Lichtenberg, 50mts away from S+U Lichtenberg (U5, S5, S7, S75 + variety of bus and tram lines). First floor by stairs.
It has a complete bathroom with washing machine, a big (seriously big) fully equiped kitchen with eating area + couch sitting area, and a second ambient with unified bedroom and living room. All is shown in the pictures.

I'm offering the possibility of renting it for a reduced price for anywone willing to also catsit Loca, the sweetest cat in the universe.

Internet conection an services (within standard use) are included in the rent.

The appartment will be handed empty of personal items and plenty of space for your things + professionally cleaned.

Smoking is forbiden because there's smoke detectors and anmeldung is not possible.

In case of emergency (with either the appartment or Loca), there will be a contact person in Berlin of my full trust to take care.
