Hello, I am Alexandra and would like to sublet my beautiful little flat in Berlin Kreuzberg from mid December to the end of March 2025. The flat is 37sqm with a very good layout, seperate bedroom, living and kitchen area in one, and a bathroom.
The flat is in the Hinterhof of an old Berlin building but is very light, because there are no direct neighboring buildings. It's super well located close to Bethanien and Markthalle 9 / U1 stop Görlitzer Park. Bars and restaurants are around the corner, yet my own street and the flat are very quiet.
I'm going away for some time and am looking for a reliable person to sublet. Preferably a lady.
The price would be 900EUR/month with all bills included. Deposit is 600 Eur. I'll keep my own things in the flat during this time but of course I'll make space for yours.
