Hello :) I’m looking for a person or couple interested in a swap for my 40m2 apartment in South Pankow. Please ONLY reach out if you’ve read the whole ad.

What I offer:

• A balcony, two rooms, is a new apartment with wooden floor, and includes a new kitchen (separate utility costs)
• 8 min from U2 Pankow and 3 min from the bus stop. It takes you 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz and 15 minutes to Gesundbrunnen-Center.
• Anmeldung possible and long-term
• Fournitures available and you need to buy them if swap is for a furnished apartment (affordable price)
• Deposit+Kitchen+fournitures is around 5.500€

In exchange for:

• A shared apartment with a maximum of 2-3 people or a cheaper apartment for 1 person (please, share picturesof the whole apartment)
• In Pberg, Mitte, Pankow south, xber, Fhain
• Starting flexible (long-term)
• Anmeldung possible
• Max 500/600€ with everything included

I’m in love with my flat and the area, but unfortunately it’s too expensive for my current financial situation.
