Beautiful flat available from November 25th to January 30th

Hey there, we are subletting our beautiful flat for two months while we are away. So it is available from end of november (26th) to January 30th.

The flat is on two levels (first and second floor). Old building with very nice floor and decorum on the ceilings/walls. Bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, downstairs on the first floor is the kitchen/living room and another room that serves as an office and a second living room.

Extremely spacious and perfect for a couple, not suitable for a wg and maybe a bit too big for one person, definitely also a bit expensive for one.
Furnished with taste (an architect lives in the flat), cozy and nice.
Not a shady sublet, there is an authorization from the hausverwaltung/owner and we will be providing them with your documents. This also means you're not charged extra as we are just covering our rent, and that it is official so it adds a bit of safety.

The rent all in is 1500 euros (electricity is ökostrom Vattenfall, so green electricity)

It is a nice apartment which is why the deposit is high. Sadly pets are not allowed, non smoker (if you have one occasionally it's fine, but no heavy smoker inside).
