This very friendly, sunny und quite appartment is located in an Old Buliding with lots of light shining into the rooms since it is facing the south side. At the south sinde balcony you can enjoy the sun shining into your face having a perfect start into your day. In addition to this there is a lovley green garden at the backyard where there is lots of space to relax and recover.
In the flat there is a large living room, a small sleeping room and a spacious Kitchen.
The flat is situated in a central Location close to U Bahn Station Amrumerstr. and Leopoldplatz. Additionally the Rehbergepark and Plötzensee are very close (10 Min walking).
