A fully furnished and well equipped flat within walkable distance to U8 Heinrich Heine.
Bus 147 is 2 mins away.
Edeka, Lidl and Aldi are all 4-8 mins walk away

The flat is on the 3rd floor, accessible by an elevator. Storage space available in the basement including for your bike. You will get your name on the doorbell and letter box. Anmeldung is possible.

The kitchen is a separate room with a door. It is fully equipped and has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and oven. It also has a coffee maker and electric water heater.

The living area is a separate room with a door. It has a dining table, couch, a double bed, big closet, TV and another collapsible single bed to host guests.
