We’re offering our lovely little apartment in Berlin-Neukölln for sublet. The apartment features an open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom (with a very nice shower), and a small balcony. The building is an old-style construction, but our apartment has been renovated — especially with new windows, which make heating much more comfortable in winter ;)
The apartment is fully furnished, and you’re welcome to use everything.
We are looking for a reliable tenant for the time we’re away. The apartment is ideal for a single person or for couples.
Feel free to tell us a bit about yourself so we can get a first impression. We’re happy to arrange viewings, either online or in person. If the listed dates don’t fit perfectly, let us know, as we might be able to adjust.

In our opinion, the location is fantastic! Quietly situated yet within walking distance of Maybachufer, Reuterkiez, and Weserstraße, all offering plenty of charming cafés, bars, and restaurants.
A bus stop is right outside the door, and shopping options are also just a short walk away.
