Apartment for Interim Rent : 1 Month, 17th December - 16th January

We are renting out a beautiful, large apartment for subletting in the centre in Mitte-PrenzlauerBerg district with wooden floors, good ceiling heights even when its not an altbau and balcony. The apartment is on the 5th floor (without elevator) in a quiet building with a view of the street and the inner courtyard. The apartment is also fully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment has very spacious rooms, including a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower and washing machine and a window and a large kitchen with refrigerator, stove and a big dining table which can seat upto 6-8 people.

The living room has a sofa bed, TV and a balcony. The living room opens to the bedroom but can be seperated by closing the french doors. The bedroom has comortable queen size bed, workspace table, large roof windows and enough storage space.

Rent: 1500€ for the whole duration which includes the cold rent plus the extras like utilities and internet etc. We pay this amount for a month. No additional cost has been added.
Deposit: 1000€ We ask for this deposit, because we will leave all our possesion in the apartment and everything has been curated with utmost love and sentiments and we would want to have someone who respects that.
