I am looking for a Nachmieter for my very bright and quiet 2room appartment on the border between Schöneberg and Friedenau. I would like to swap flats but if a swap isn’t possible, then I would be happy for someone to take over the flat either way.

The photos aren’t great as most of my things are gone already, but hopefully you can still make a picture.

I would like to sell these things off to the next tenant (can be negotiated)
1) Big wardrobe in the bedroom (it’s very spacious and has a big mirror)
2) Bosch wasching machine
3) TV sideboard
4) 2x Malm Kommode
5) Ikea Kallax organizer shelf
6) Balcony furniture (wooden table + 2 chairs)

If you’re ok with buying the above, then please read further.

🩵The appartment has🩵
- large windows and two different balcony doors
- sun from ca 1pm until the evening
- nice high quality wooden Laminat floors
- EBK which stays here. Iťs not the most modern, but works fine
- all bathroom furniture is part of the flat (Spiegelschrank, Unterschrank, mirror, towel hangers)
- a hallway at the entrance and another hallway
- really big balcony facing southwest which is accessible through a door from both bedroom and living room
- central heating through Fernwärme (=low heating costs)


🩵Layout🩵
- The living room is a Durchgangzimmer from which you go to the hallway and other rooms. So not suitable for a WG. Ideally a single person would move in.

🩵Contract🩵
- Unlimited with min 12 months
- NO index or Staffelmiete

🩵Landlord🩵
- The landlord is a private person who owns all flats in this building. He’s very nice, but a little picky when it comes to tenants, so unfortunately he does need all the documents. Ideally he wants a working professional that is chilled and quiet (as the windows are facing the Innenhof)
