Hallo ihr Lieben!
Mein Freund und ich vermieten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg (Bötzowviertel, 4 min. Fußweg zum Volkspark Friedrichshain) unter.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Haltestelle "Hufelandstr." der Trambahn M4 sind direkt um die Ecke.
Zum Alexanderplatz sind es nur 3 Stationen, zur Ringbahn Greifswalderstr. nur 2 Stationen.

Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und ist im Hochparterre.
Zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Allerdings würden wir am liebsten an ein Paar oder ein/zwei Personen vermieten, die sich vorstellen könnten in einem Zimmer zu nächtigen. Natürlich mit Doppelbett (1,40m).
Wir können aber natürlich über andere Möglichkeiten sprechen.

Die Wohnung is voll möbliert. Auf den Fotos ist noch kein Sofa zu sehen weil das erst noch kommt. Wir wohnen selbst noch nicht lange in der Wohnung. :) Aber die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind da usw.
Wir sind beruflich unterwegs und auch noch im Ausland aber sehr gute Freundinnen von uns wohnen nebenan und könnten für die Zeit Ansprechpartnerinnen sein.
Der Mietbeginn wäre der 27.02./28.02. und auf alle Fälle bis Mitte Juni. (Evntl. noch ein bisschen länger falls Bedarf besteht)

My boyfriend and I are subletting our beautiful apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (Bötzowviertel, 4 minute walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain).
Plenty of shopping + grocery stores and the tram station "Hufelandstr." M4 are right around the corner. From there it is three stops to Alexanderplatz and only two stops to the Ringbahn Greifswalderstr..

The apartment has 3 rooms and is on the raised ground floor.
2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Although we would prefer to rent to a couple or one/two people, that would sleep in one room. Of course with a double bed (1,40m). But we can definitely discuss different options.

The apartment is fully furnished. The couch is still arriving, that's why you can't see it on the pictures. We also haven’t been living there long. :) But the kitchen is fully equipped, we have a dishwasher, a washing machine etc.
We are both away for work and also for part of that time abroad but two very good friends of ours live next door and can be your point of contact for the time of your stay.
The sublet begins 27.02./28.02. until mid June. (Maybe even a bit longer if you are interested)
