I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for this bright and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment in Mitte. Due to medical reasons, I am leaving Berlin and would love to sell my furniture (super negotiable price) so the apartment can stay fully equipped for the next tenant.

Right now, I’m filtering through requests and will select a few people for viewings, which I will organize through friends since I’m not in Berlin, due to the above mentioned medical reasons. I will try to meet you and walk you through the apartment via FaceTime tho!
