The flat is in Moabit (Stendaler Str.), close to a huge Edeka and public transport (Westhafen S-Bahn,
Birkenstr. U-Bahn). It is an unfurnished altbau flat with about 50m² size. There is a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. All rooms are quite large. There is a storage cellar as well. A basic kitchen with some appliances will be provided free of charge, (see the picture).
The rent will be for 1 year limited. The warm rent is 800€. The rent includes utilities but not the heating. The tenant needs to arrange their own electricity, gas, and internet contract. The flat is available right away.

Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit (Stendaler Str.), in der Nähe eines großen Edeka und öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (Westhafen S-Bahn,
Birkenstr. U-Bahn). Es handelt sich um eine unmöblierte Altbauwohnung mit ca. 50m² Größe. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume sind recht groß. Ein Abstellkeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine einfache Küche mit einigen Geräten wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt (siehe Bild).
Die Miete wird für 1 Jahr befristet. Die Warmmiete beträgt 800€. In der Miete sind die Nebenkosten enthalten, nicht aber die Heizung. Der Mieter muss sich selbst um einen Strom-, Gas- und Internetvertrag kümmern. Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar.
