The flat is located in the quiet part behind the Kottbusser Tor, only 3 minutes walk from the Landwehrkanal.
The balcony with sofa and plants invites you to enjoy the sun without having to go outside.
The flat is on the 1st floor of a block of houses with a large open courtyard, trees and a view of the elevated railway from the quiet bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob and a fully equipped vintage kitchen buffet.
The futon sofa in the living room can be folded out into a guest bed.

There are houseplants and balcony plants that need water and love while I'm away :)

Für 4 Wochen (1 Monat) beträgt die Gesamtmiete 1185,00 € warm inklusive Internet / Strom etc.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Teil hinter dem Kottbusser Tor, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Landwehrkanal entfernt.
Der Balkon mit Sofa und Bepflanzung lädt dazu ein, die Sonne zu genießen ohne raus zu müssen.
DIe Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines Häuserblocks mit großem offenem Innenhof, Bäumen und Blick zur Hoch-Bahn aus dem ruhigen Schlafzimmer.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. DIe Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ceranfeld-Herd und einem voll ausgestattetem Vintage Küchenbuffet.
Das Futon-Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann zum Gästebett ausgeklappt werden.

Es gibt Zimmerpflanzen und Balkonpflanzen, die mit Wasser und Liebe versorgt werden wollen während meiner Abwesenheit :)
