Fully Furnished Winter Apartment Sublet in Wedding [Dec. 19 - April 30]

If you're an individual, or possibly even a couple, looking for an apartment in Wedding, read on. I'm looking to sublet my apartment. It is on the third floor of an old building and gets a lot of natural light during the day. The sunset views are nice as well, as the living room windows face west / southwest.

The flat is available from Thursday, December 19, 2024, to Wednesday, April 30, 2025, with the possibility of extending for a few weeks. It's fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, pull-up bar, and a fast wireless internet connection. It also has an adjustable sitting / standing desk for those of you working from home these days. That said, there are renovation works happening in the building, so this apartment is not a good fit for those looking to work from home but who are also particularly sensitive to noise. No pets, non-smoking.

The apartment is very well-connected: 5 min walking to S-Humboldthain, 15 min walking to S/U8 Gesundbrunnen, and 10 min walking to U8 Pankstr. S-Humboldthain is one stop from S-Nordbahnhof, and a bus directly outside the apartment takes you to U-Pankstr and S-Wedding as well. There's a Rewe around the corner and a Denn's at Gesundbrunnen Center that's open on Sundays. Volkspark Humboldthain is 5 min away and great for running when the weather improves. CrunchFit Wedding is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and it's on Urban Sports Club if you're a member. There are also some great cultural spots in the area (Christophori Piano Salon, Wiesenburg, SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA, among others).

I've managed to create a home I enjoy living in in this apartment (painted the walls, built the kitchen by hand, got a bunch of plants, etc.) and am looking for someone to take care of it while I'm away.
