sublet: bright winter home office + sunset view

The apartment is located in a wonderful 5-storey building, a 5 minute walk from the Spree river promenade. Boxhagener Platz area is a 15min walk, so is Warschauer Strasse / Wrangelkiez area (Kreuzberg). Both are full with trendy restaurants, bars and clubs. There's plenty of stuff to do in the area, like the famous Eastside Gallery, renting boats, table tennis, live music on the street, chilling by the riverfront. Treptower Park and Rummelsbucht are also close (15min).
Sbahn stations Ostkreuz, Warschauer Strasse (12min walk) take you anywhere in town, buses leave in front of the house.

The building is lively and mainly inhabited by young, singles couples or families and has a shared rooftop terrace that can be used by everyone (see pictures). The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. The apartment has 2 home office desks with multiple screens, both of them are electric height-adjustable desks (one desk from the pics was substituted by a new one, I'll soon upload new pic). From the office you enjoy a great sunny view.
