Hi there,

I am renting out my beautiful flat on the fourth floor of a renovated old building in a central Neukölln location near Hermannplatz. The flat is quiet, spacious, very sunny and wel furnished with lots of plants. That's why I only rent my flat to conscientious tenants who respect other people's flats as much as their own. It is important to me, because I would like to find my home again the way I have left it.

In the apartment itself you will find everything you need - a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and all the trimmings, a nice bathroom with tub, a living and dining room with smart TV and balcony as well as a bedroom or study with a second couch. In addition, there is a chamber-like recess that I converted into a wardrobe.

The Wi-Fi works well, the neighbors are friendly and we know each other. In short - the ideal place for a couple or a single person.

ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung im vierten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in zentraler Neuköllner Lage nahe dem Hermannplatz. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, geräumig, sehr sonnig und schön mit vielen Pflanzen eingerichtet. Deshalb vermiete ich meine Wohnung nur an pflichtbewusste Mieter, die die Wohnungen anderer genauso respektieren wie ihre eigenen. Das ist mir wichtig, denn ich möchte mein Zuhause wieder so vorfinden, wie ich es verlassen habe.

In der Wohnung selbst finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen - eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und allem Drum und Dran, ein schönes Bad mit Wanne, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Smart-TV und Balkon sowie ein Schlaf- oder Arbeitszimmer mit einer zweiten Couch. Außerdem gibt es eine kammerähnliche Nische, die ich zu einem Kleiderschrank umgebaut habe.

Das Wi-Fi funktioniert super, die Nachbarn sind freundlich und wir kennen uns untereinander. Kurzum - der ideale Ort für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson.
