I'm renting out my beautiful apartment for 3 months til end of february.
While I'm away I'll be leaving my cat Akásh behind. Taking care of him is part of the deal.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This apartment is spacious and fully furnished. There is a living room/office and 2 rooms with sleeping possibility. One small room is beeing used for laundry.
It has two balconies, one bathroom, one WC and two seperate entrances.

It is equipped with 100/50MBps Wifi, 50" LG UHD 4K HDR TV, 45cm Siemens dishwasher, Miele Washing machine, bed linen, towels, yoga mats, kitchen utilities, (toaster, blender, kettle, coffee grinder etc), reverse osmosis water filter and cozy lighting. You can use most of the things - apart from food.
The beds are big with a natural fouton. One king size fouton now has Tatamis.

This place used to be a WG for 3 permanent people and was comfortable with that many. A couple or a single person will love how big the place feels.
There is sufficient light, a lot green and cafés around.
The public transport is very good: Gesundbrunnen trains to east and west, Airport and long distance trains, S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße straight to the south, or north, Tram just 5 min distance to get around close by.

I do pay attention to cleaning, both on a material and non material level (vibes, energies or however you wanna call it, what one can sense or feel), so the space is well taken care of. That is why I am searching for someone who will do the same.

Akásh is very easy going, playful and cuddly. He communicates clearly when he is hungry and when he wants to be let out.
