The apartment is ideal for ONE PERSON or FOR A COUPLE as there is only ONE bedroom.

I am working out of Berlin at the moment that's why I am subrenting my apartment which will be available for minimum 5 months and renewable for another 6 months starting from September 1st. because I will need to come for sure to Berlin for two weeks from Aug 18th to Aug 31st.

what I offer : a lovely flat + possibility of Anmeldung.
what I request : 2 months of Kaution + 3 last payslips/previous year Tax statement of all people entering the flat.
