Möblierte 2-Zi-Whg, hell 55qm an der U Rathaus Neukölln

Hallo zusammen :) Ich möchte meine große und helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung, direkt an der U Bahn Station Rathaus Neukölln gelegen, vom etwa 17.03.2024 bis circa 17.04.2025 zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, minimalistisch eingerichtet und hat Alles was ihr braucht. Sie befindet sich im obersten Stock im Hinterhaus und bekommt viel Licht ab! Trotz ihrer zentralen Lage an der Karl-Marx-Str ist es deswegen auch sehr ruhig.

- 90cm super bequeme Matratze
- 140cm Bettgestell
- Küche
- Arbeitsplatz mit Monitor
- Tageslichtbad mit Fenster, Badewanne, Waschmaschine
- Großes, gemütliches Sofa
- Großer Esstisch für deinen Besuch
- begehbarer Kleiderschrank

Da man durch das Schlafzimmer gehen muss um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen finde ich ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet und ich suche eine nette Einzelperson. Anmeldung nicht möglich.

Bitte beachte: es gibt derzeit kein WiFi in der Wohnung. Ihr könnt euch mobile WiFi besorgen.

I’m looking to rent my large, bright, 2 bedroom apartment right at the U7 Rathaus Neukölln from 17th of March 2024 until 17th of April 2025.

It’s fully furnished in a minimalistic style. It’s located in the backyard (Hinterhaus) on the 4th floor so it’s super quiet and catches a lot of light. I’ve attached some photos! Everything you need is there:

- 1,40m wide bed with a very comfy 90cm mattress
- fully furnished kitchen 
- desk with a screen 
- laundry machine 
- large bathroom with window, bath-tub 
- comfy sofa in the living room and large dining table for your guests
- a walk in closet 

In order to get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. That’s why the flat is good for couples but not suited for a WG. No Anmeldung.

Please note there is no WiFi, you can set up your own mobile internet router (available at Aldi, Lidl or with O2)

The rent per month is 1050€ including all utilities and the deposit is also 1050€.
