2 Room Flat with cat - 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Katze

Wichtig ist auch, dass die Bilder etwas älter sind, die Wohnung ist nun weniger minimalistisch, aber trotzdem noch schön. Die Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist nicht möglich.

Its also important to say that the pictures are somewhat older, therefore its a bit less minimalistic, but still nice. The „Anmeldung“ in the Bürgeramt is not possible.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer in Berlin-Mitte in einer der schönsten Gegenden hier. Sie ist ein bisschen oldschool und unsaniert.
Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht (Pfannen, Teller, Schüsseln, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw.). Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Wohnung ohne die Möbel zu mieten. Internet und Strom sind im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso wie die Nutzung der Möbel, also ist alles im Preis inbegriffen (außer Essen :)) Ich suche eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, die bereit und in der Lage ist, sich um meine Katze während der Zeit zu kümmern, in denen ich nicht da sein werde (ich werde im Ausland sein). Keine Raucher, Drogenkonsumenten und keine Partygänger. Ich suche eine alleinstehende Person, die ruhig ist und gerne die Katze füttert und streichelt. Man muss also Katzen wirklich mögen und auch mit den Katzenhaaren/dem Katzenfell zurechtkommen :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hat eine große Küche, in der man schön essen und kochen kann, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster, ein süßes kleines Schlafzimmer zum Ausruhen und Kuscheln und ein größeres Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten und einem Sofa zum Abhängen oder Filme schauen. Es gibt auch eine Kommode und einen Kleiderständer mit genügend Platz für deine Kleidung.

Tagsüber gibt es viel Licht und da es im Hinterhaus liegt, ist es ziemlich ruhig.
In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Musikschule, so dass man ab und zu Sänger beim Üben hört. Nebenan ist eine Kirche. Auch diese hört man regelmäßig, mich stört es aber nicht.

Es ist ein recht ruhiges Haus und die Nachbarn hier sind freundlich. Es gibt auch Familien mit Kindern, das ist ein weiterer Grund, warum ich jemanden will, der ruhig ist und zuverlässig, nicht eine Berliner Party Person.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, da meine Katze keine anderen Haustiere mag. Sorry! :)

Nice cozy Flat with a bedroom and a living room in the centre of Berlin in one of the nicest areas here. The flat is a bit old school and not super modern. The flat is already furnished and has everything that you need for living (pans, plates, bowls, watterkettle, microwave, fridge etc.). There is no option to rent it without the furniture. Internet and Electricity is included in the price, as well as the use of the furniture so its an all included price (except food :)) I'm looking for somebody responsible who is willing and able to take care of my cat during the time in which I'm not going to be there (I'm gonna be abroad). No smokers, drug users and no party people. I'm looking for a single person that is calm and likes to feed and stroke the cat. So you have to really like cats and also get along with the cat hair/fur :)

The flat is really comfortable, has a big kitchen in which u can do nice dinner and cooking evenings, a bathroom with a bathtub and window, a cute little bedroom for resting and cuddling and a bigger living room with a big desk for work and a sofa for hanging out or watching movies. There's also dresser and a clothes rack with enough space for your clothing.

In the daytime there is a lot of light and as it is in the back house it is pretty calm.
There's a music school in the neighborhood so u hear singers doing their practice every now and then. There is also a church next door, so you will hear the bell regularly, but I never felt like that it is disturbing.

It is a quite calm house and the neighbors here are friendly. There are also families with children, that is one other reason why I want somebody who is calm, not a Berlin party person and reliable.

Pets are not allowed as my cat does not like other pets. Sorry ! :)
