Hello,
I will sublet my absolutely gorgeous flat from the 9th of January till the 11th of February (the dates are fixed and I can not move them). You will have 2 very large and bright rooms (a room and a living room where you can add another bed there), one large kitchen, one large bathroom (with both shower and bathtub!). The flat is fully equipped and everything has been decorated with the greatest care and taste.
This flat is an Altbau with high ceilings and big windows. The place is quiet, very well isolated, very bright and has sunlight from 2 different directions. And a nice and sunny balcony :)
The Ubahn Leopoldplatzt is just 3 min away, Sbahn is a few more min walk. Tons of shops and wonderful food options around.
We will sign a contact, I have legally the right to sublet my place, but no Anmeldung here. 1400 euros per month all bills included (including gas, electricity, Wifi and the insurance for the flat), 2 months deposit as safety. You'll get back the deposit the minute I get back the keys, we'll do the transfer together.

The Ubahn station Leopoldplatzt is just 3 min away. The Sbahn station Wedding is a few more min walk. You can reach most part of the city very easily with the U6/U9 and Ringbahn.
There are tons of shops and food options around. The area is very convenient, well located and the street I live on is quiet.

I absolutely love my place and consider it a safe space, so I will only sublet it to someone I would really trust and who would take the greatest care of it. Looking only for someone willing to stay 2 months. No possibility to have your Anmeldung here or to have a dog, my landlord refuses both.
