Die Küche ist möbliert und gehört zur Wohnung. Die Möbel in den anderen Zimmern gehören uns. Ein privater Parkplatz steht innerhalb des Apartmentkomplexes gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Im Keller gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum für Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Insgesamt verfügt die Wohnung über: 3 Zimmer + Flur + Balkon + Küche (möbliert) + Keller.
