This flat has two large rooms. The first as you enter, is connected to a small entrance (which itself connects to the stairwell) the kitchen and the second large room. The kitchen is equipped with a two-top stove, fridge, bench space, and a sink. The second room is connected to the bathroom, shower, and toilet (with its own door). In the first room there is a walk-in wardrobe for storage and two big windows, and the second room has one big window. There are also gas heaters under all of the windows. All of the windows face out onto the street, which is very quiet.

It is unfurnished, but there are some pieces of furniture which could be sold (bed, shelves, table, chairs, etc.)
