I´m a screenwriter based in South Africa and France, originally from Germany, age 50 yrs. I am looking for an 1-3 room apartement in Bonn City from (about) Feb 2025 on, either for some months or permanently.
The place should be close to city center, and include at least a fully equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine. Places with furniture would be better. Bond of two months rent no problem, excellent references of previous landlords can be provided on request. Shared places welcome. I am a calm, professional and sincere tenant. I am looking for a beautiful place and friendly owners.
