Apartment is available from April 22nd on (moving in a few days earlier might be possible)
The apartment is located on the 1st floor at Avenue A.J. Slegers 351 in Woluwe St-Lambert, in a calm and upscale neighbourhood. Closest metro station is Joseph- Charlotte (3min walk). A 5min metro ride will bring you to Schuman (European Commission) and a 10min metro ride to downtown (De Brouckère).
The apartment is bright, with lots of natural light and fully furnished (washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, beds, sofas, tables, closets, stools, and even a piano :) ) You literally can just move in with your suitcases. Toilet and bathroom are separate. There is also a small balcony. The rent is 1200€/month excluding any charges. Costs for water, electricity, gas, internet, heating + common charges need to be added on top
The apartment can be used in two different ways:
*As an apartment for a couple. The two individual beds can be put together in one room functioning as a bedroom while the second room will serve as a living room.
*Or as flat share (as shown in the photos) for 2 friends.
