Apartment with garden view and terrace in front of the Zoopark! (Monthly rent includes: electricity, heating, tv magenta, WIFI)

I will be abroad during December/2024 and January/2025 and therefore I am looking for someone who wants to sublet my flat during this period.

The flat is very well located in the beautiful Dusseltal, near the nature. It is modern and cool. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet building. It has a spacious garden. It has a fully equipped small kitchen, a dinning/bedroom with TV (Magenta TV), a bathroom and an entrance hall. Given its convenient location, you can enjoy the view of the garden and its squirrels and birds, or you can walk across the street to the Zoopark and enjoy sunsets while watching the ducks on the lake.

The wardrobe will be free of my personal belongings. It also includes washing machine, vaccum machine, place for bike, dishwasher, ellectric oven, microwave, vegetables steamer, fruits smoothie, wine opener, good shower system, very comfortable double bed, a handy sofa bed (double), automatic curtains in windows for security, martini and wine glasses, modern dishes, an office chear, 3 heaters (kitchen, bathroom & dinning room), very good wifi, etc. (*Towels are not provided)


Location: Beautiful Dusseltal. In front of the Zoopark, with free car parking and with many options for people with vehicles. Ping pong tables available, basket ball court, lake view etc. If you like hiking and biking: the Grafenberger Wald is nearby.

F-Fritz-Wüst Strasse: Bus 834 and 725 (to Central Station etc)---6 min walk
Düsseldorf Zoo Train Station: S6, S19, S11 (to airport, Cologne, Central Station, Duisburg etc) --14 min walk

-The rent is for one single person-couple with no kids neither pets.
-passport copy
-Proof of income not requiered
-Insurance against damages to third parties ideally
-No Schuffa requiered
-Agreement signed for both parties
-No Anmeldung is possible

Note: It is forbidden to smoke inside the flat. It is possible to play musical instruments in the proper times.

Make of this place a nice stay for Christmas and New Year as if you were the main tenant!
