Möblierte 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete am Nordpark

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Ich gehe für 7 Monate ins Auslandssemester und würde daher gerne meine geliebte Wohnung untervermieten. Sie ist möbliert und hat alles was man braucht. Du könntest also direkt mit deinem Koffer einziehen und alles was du sonst brauchst ist vorhanden.😊
Hier erstmal eine kurze Beschreibung der Wohnung:
Das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß & enthält ein 1,60 m breites Boxspringbett, Nachtschränkchen, großer Kleiderschrank, zwei Regale und einen großen Schreibtisch. Stereoanlage, Plattenspieler und Fernseher (mit FireTV-Stick) würde ich auch da lassen. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Fenster und ist daher schön hell und sonnig.
Die Küche/Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön mit einer Schlafcouch und großem Esstisch eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile besteht aus viel Stauraum, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach und einer kleinen Spülmaschine. Mein ganzes Küchenequipment bleibt da (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannen, Töpfe und jegliches Geschirr). Es ist also wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. :))
Das Bad hat auch alles was man benötigt (Badewanne/Dusche, großes Regal und Toilette und Waschbecken). Die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner ist ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung. ☺️ Direkt neben meiner Wohnungstür gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer- da steht noch Putzkrams und du könntest hier auch noch dein Zeug abstellen.

Hello everyone,

I am going abroad for 7 months and would therefore like to sublet my beloved apartment. It is furnished and has everything you need. So you could move in directly with your suitcase and everything else you need is available.
Here is a brief description of the apartment:
The bedroom is approx. 14 m2 & contains a 1.60 m wide box spring bed, bedside cabinet, large closet, two shelves and a large desk. I would also leave the stereo system, record player and TV (with FireTV stick) there. The room has a large window and is therefore nice and bright and sunny.
The kitchen/living room is very nicely furnished with a sofa bed and large dining table. The kitchenette has plenty of storage space, a stove, oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a small dishwasher. All my kitchen equipment remains there (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pans, pots and pans and all crockery). So there really is everything you could possibly need. :))
The bathroom also has everything you need (bath/shower, large shelf and toilet and washbasin). The washing machine with integrated dryer is another highlight of the apartment. ☺️
There is a small storage room right next to my apartment door - there is still some cleaning stuff in there and you could also store your stuff here.
