I am subrenting my furnished apartment with all utility included for a period of 6 months starting from Feb 2025, with the possibility to take it over afterwards directly from the landloard.
The apartment has a nice bedroom, a living room, a beautiful balcony facing a quite little garden. A keller , internet and all you need to live. You simply can move in with a suitcase. There are plenty pf parking spaces available on the same street or nearby ones with a "einwohnerschein".
The price includes rent, utilities, internet and fee for the equipment in the flat.
A deposit of 2000 euros is required.
The apartment is perfectly located. 5 minutes walk from Lokalbahnhof or südbahnhof Sbahn station, 15 minutes drives from the airport, 10 minues walk to main river and 15 minutes walk to Stadtwald.
5 minutes walj away from altsachsenhausen with all bars and restaurants and multiple shops few meters away from the flat. There are multiple restaurants in a walking distance, fitness studio, swimming pool, supermarkets, pharmacy and medical doctors.
I am moving out for job reason and will be on expatriation for a few months. Otherwise would have continued living in this beautiful flat :)
