I’m renting out my lovely 60 m² apartment in a new building with an elevator, perfect for a single person or a couple. The apartment is available from April 6th to the end of September (6 months).

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a living room, giving you plenty of space to feel at home. It’s fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
• Spacious living area with a cozy setup
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, all utensils, etc.)
• Washing machine in the apartment
• Desk with a monitor for remote work
• Small balcony
• Only a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn and tram!

The rent includes all utilities—electricity, heating, internet, everything!

A few small requests: No smoking, unfortunately no pets—and someone who can keep my plants happy!
