Dear friend,
My friend and I study in Freiburg. We have 2 rooms apartment which is one of the newest apartments in Stusie. We studied our first semester in Freiburg however due to our work we decided to complete this semester from another city. The apartment is 40 m2 and has 2 fully furnished rooms with parquet floor(14m2 each) and a common area with kitchen and has a wide bathroom. The aparment is south-west facing so it has a beautiful daylight. If you don't like the sun you have chance to avoid with the shutter.There is a couch in common area which it can be open and turn into a bed.Besides, the apartment has a wide bathroom with a big mirror, the kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker (2 plates) and an oven and there are cooking utensils. Laundry facilities and a bicycle storage room are downstairs in the building. Each floor has a common a big balcony. Shelves and cupboards (see photos) will be cleared out by me so that you always have enough space for your things.
The WG is in Stusie. You can easliy reach to the supermarkets like Penny, Rewe etc., bank, post office, kiosk... The tram station is 2 minutes by foot. It takes around 10 minutes to go to the city center by train and bike. There are various sports facilities right outside the front door (beach volleyball field, basketball/football field).You can lay down to the grass and enjoy the lake.
It can be rented from 06.01-10.15.22. I will take a 400 deposit but you can take it when you leave the apartment if there is no damage.You can always text me 7/24 with a decribing message. I can also send a long video of the apartment and if you have time you can visit.
