Schaeffler engineer (male, 30 y.o.) looking for a dog-friendly apartment, possibly close to a park or to nature. Balcony and/or garden are a plus.

I'm Stefano, an Italian engineer working at Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach since the beginning of January 2024. I'm looking for a place to stay from the 1st of March 2024, either in Fürth or Nürnberg.
My main request is a dog-friendly apartment (my girlfriend and my dog live in Italy but they will visit me every now and then).
Having a garden and/or a balcony is a plus, but it would be greatly appreciated.
Some other characteristics I'm searching for are also:
- vicinity to nature
- furnished apartment
- parking possibilities
- vicinity to U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations
- long-term stay
but of course I will evaluate every other possibility.
