I need an apartment or flat for long term. I will be working on Germersheim Army Depot. I am a non smoker and will be living alone. I would like to have a washing machine available if possiible. I would prefer to have my own shower and bath. I do not have any pets and do no plan on getting any. I would prefer to have a furnished room. I dont have much stuff that I will be bringing but will need a couple of closets or places for storage.
