2 zimmer wohnung Private nutzung

I am renting my 2-bed rooms furnished apartment, two bed rooms in a sense that the apartment has two rooms but you can have only one of them. There is a small kitchen, attached toilet with shower.
However, the apartment is located near wilhelm platz, in the middle of the city. There are many supermarkets nearby (kaufland, Rewe, Alnatura), nearby bus stations are: Jüdenstrasse, burgstrasse.
The rent is only 420 euros a month, including intermet.
I can handover the keys on 06 th of March until i come back which will be around 15th of April but the rental agreement can be extended till 01.05 as there is another empty room. and once i am here in Göttingen, you will have to share the keys with me.
