Flat for Studying Couple

My wife and I are Iranian English teachers currently studying English literature at George-August university in Gottingen. We are looking for a small flat to live in during our studies. We have no kids and not pets, and we don't smoke. We are painstakingly clean, quiet, and punctual. Our main hobbies are reading and watching movies. We are not party-goers, but often hang out with our friends outdoors. My favorite sport is walking, and hers is going to the gym. We cook whenever we have access to a kitchen. I play classical piano, but I don't expect I will be able to afford one in near future; plus, I will not buy and play an instrument without the landlord and the neighbors' consent. Right now, we are solely focused on our studies, but in a few months, we are going to start searching for mini-jobs in order to strengthen our financial status.
