This flat has been our WG for 3 years and now all of us are parting ways.
Beautiful wood floors, tall walls, three medium sized and one very big room, these constitute the highlights of the apartment. The beds will stay in the apartment. It's so much space, but also very little money to rent. Throughout the years we paid 360€ each as 3 people and the landlord wants to continue this pricing. The neighbors are all around very nice, from families to other WGs, you find it all in our complex. There's even a balcony included! Right now we are working on getting things out of the flat but its very much open for visits!

The main benefits of this apartment are:

- the size - three spacious rooms and a giant one make enough space for a WG or a family
