Large apartment situated in the centre of Mitte. It has four large rooms, two living rooms and two bedrooms, as well as a separate kitchen space. It is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful old building. It is alt Bau style with lovely high ceilings. We will be leaving the apartment between January and February and are quite flexible with dates so please ask if you have any queries
Two minutes from Rosa Luxemburg station. The m8 tram runs straight to Hauptbahnhof from outside the flat. Only a 10 minute walk to Alexanderplatz and also on the edge of Prenzlauer Berg the flat is very centrally located making it easy to explore all areas of the city.
We are looking to sell some of the furniture in the apartment at the moment (clothing rails/wardrobes, drawers, kitchen storage, maybe washer/dryer etc). This is all negotiable so please ask. Please message to arrange a viewing. Ideally income needs to be 3x the rental price for the landlord to be likely to accept application (although I think between 2 to 3 times might suffice).
